Beauty: Seeing Red

Trends come & go while classic makeup looks are timeless, this sentiment is true of my signature lip color....red!!!!

Red, the color of passion, love, desire, energy and strength evokes a strong reaction without fail. A sizzling red lip is a dramatic and alluring choice often adding the perfect finish to a look. Red lips are always a powerful statement worn by powerful women. It's true I adopted my red lip love from my earliest beauty & style inspiration...my mom.

And make no mistake, there’s a

shade of red for every complexion, red lips can and should be worn by every skin tone! My go-to shades are MAC’s Ruby Woo & Russian Red. Every now and again I like to mix it up with deeper shades & I'm not the only one turning heads with my bold lip color choices. Zendaya, Blake Lively, Tika Sumpter and countless other celebs opt for classic red lips when stepping onto the red carpet.
